Who We Are
Suspension Realm is an independent rider owned and run company, dedicated to the servicing and maintenance of mountain bike suspension systems.
Our commitment is to ensure that your suspension performs to the highest standard as our number one priority. We love to ride bikes. Everything from big mountain adventures, to trail centres, to the small local trails. We know the importance of the equipment that we rely on operating to its full potential and fully understand the benefit of the peace of mind that this brings while out on the trails.
We take pride in all that we do and enjoy nothing more than offering the same peace of
mind to fellow riders, giving them one less thing to worry about while out on the trails.

What We Do
As riders ourselves, we understand that having your bike out of action is frustrating, and as such our aim is to have you back on the trails as soon as possible.
We offer servicing on all major brands of suspension systems.
A full strip-down and comprehensive inspection of components is carried out to assess
components for wear and tear.
Rebuild is performed using S.K.F seals where possible.
Full safety and performance checks are conducted upon completion of every rebuild.
Your components shall be returned to you in a timely fashion.
For any queries regarding your bike suspension set-up, please do not hesitate to get in
touch.
Servicing your suspension reguarly helps protect your investment, as we all know how expensive these things are. Keeping it running smoothly and performing at 100%.Includes SKF Seals + £25 if push seal fitted.

Should i clean my parts before sending?
Yes, as there is a £10 service charge for uncleaned parts.
Can you help with the disassemble of my forks?
Yes, it’s very easy to remove your front or rear shocks, but if you have any issue please get in touch and we will advise step by step.
What brands do you currently support?
Currently we support Fox, Rock Shox, Marzocchi, DVO, Manitou and more coming soon.
